Hello Friends,

Karen and Bill Biko here and this is the first edition of our new monthly email list. We have found many of the people we bump into, our friends, and even people we work with don't know what we really do.

Well the easiest way to sum it up is this;

We own a small Real Estate Investment company that helps individuals create wealth with their savings and RRSP's. Most, but not all, of these involve property in the secondary Real Estate markets.

Simply, we buy properties that show a great upside as far as rentability, resale and/or long term growth. You could compare us to an expert stockbroker, with the big difference being properties are tangible and less volatile. Unlike Bre-X, Nortel, Enron or hundreds of other stocks, property doesn't become worthless overnight,

With our knowledge, we are able to provide investment options to people who understand that the Alberta Real Estate market is a great opportunity, but have no idea how to make it work. Without our help people could be missing out on significant growth in their investments!!

Many people who start to invest with us work on straight interest payments on the money loaned to us. These interest rates are nice, safe, consistent, and predictable payments paid out on a regular basis. The majority of our investments are longer-term holds and involve sharing equity growth in the properties. Although considered slightly riskier than the interest only options, the higher returns from the equity growth are worth it.

Below I have a list of some of the properties we have currently available. If you would like more information on any of them, or even on what we are doing, please give us a call at 403-880-5256 and we will provide you with any extra information you need to make the decision on your own as to whether Real Estate is a good option for you.
