Do you need a short term rental in Calgary? We have several homes with rooms to rent by the week in Calgary that will give you the perfect opportunity to get your feet under you if you just arrived in Calgary, or are in need of a short term housing solution without any long term commitments. Our safe secure homes are male only, and each room is single occupancy. Prices range from $170 per week for our small rooms up to $200 per week and require a matching security deposit when moving in.

All of our secure lockable room rentals include a bed, colour TV with full cable, dresser, reading lamp, alarm clock and closet, also all linens including comforter. All you need to supply is your clothes. The price also includes all utilities, so there are no "extra" charges!! The common area that is shared includes the kitchen and bathrooms and all locations have free shared laundry facilities, so no more trips to the Laundromat! There are no extra charges for utlilities, and our newer locations even include free wireless internet access (please specify if this is a requirement for you).

Our goal is to create a quiet safe environment you can call home.
All weekly room rentals require a security deposit equal to the weekly rate of the room at time of sign in. Example $200 weekly rate = $200 deposit, $160 weekly rate = $160 deposit. All deposits are refunded at move out if the place is left in the original condition. Also, no cheques or credit cards, cash only, receipts are issued.
Also if you could specify whether you require wireless internet access in the email it would also be beneficial and reduce any confusion at the time of checking in.
